With over 16 years of developing resorts and complexes for clients, Neill Forder and Clayton Vernon decided in early 2000 to take all this experience and build their own.

For 3 years Neill and Clayton looked at locations in Florida, Spain and Portugal, and in early 2003 discovered Byala, and the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

Having discovered the location, Devco was formed in 2003 to oversee the build of a luxury apartment complex to a standard of luxury, never seen before in Bulgaria. After a long search during 2004 we started to work with an architect we felt understood our dream, and in 2005 appointed a builder with enough experience, to turn this dream into LOZETO.

Lozeto is programmed for completion in the middle of 2007 and offers 99 luxury apartments, a large family pool, cafe/pool bar. All of this in what we believe is the most stunning location on the black sea coast. Our 10,000 square meter site is just a short walk from the harbour and beach and the views are uninterrupted due to our position on the brow of a hill.

BUILD PROGRESS

The lozeto area as predicted is showing signs of new developments starting work. A new German development is underway behind Lozeto, with a third resort being sold further down the hill towards the harbour. All the underground infrastructure work is nearing completion, and with the summer proving to be one of the best in recent years we should see the build take on more momentum.
